Refurbishment of the central building of the former Manufacture des Tabacs in Strasbourg, France.

This former workshop space and boiler room will become a place dedicated to organic food, with restaurants, shops associated with an event hall.

The implementation of a technical spine through the whole building allows all spaces accessible to the public to be kept along the facades.
