The Tissel – Cul de Four platform in Roubaix is a logistics facility dedicated to the reuse of building materials. The project transforms a former industrial site by constructing new warehouses made entirely from reclaimed materials, designed on a single grid that guarantees construction simplicity and flexibility over time. The existing street-facing buildings are renovated to house offices and a showroom.
